Shipping and Return Policy
Shipping is Free within the USA for USPS priority mail! Orders are processed Monday - Friday and are shipped within 2-3 business days of purchase. Shipping times may differ according to the availability of merchandise. Orders are not delivered on the weekends or holidays. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed or damaged packages by the US postal service. We do not accommodate rush shipping or ship internationally at this time.
You are able to return items within 10 days from the day you receive your purchase. For items received after this time period, we reserve the right to deny the return. Returns must be received in NEW, UNWORN and UNWASHED condition with tags attached. You must pay for the return shipping to us. Original invoice must be sent back with the return, and please email email@example.com to let us know it’s on its way. Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days). All SALE items are a FINAL SALE and may not be returned.

Returns to the Store: All items purchased through the website MUST be returned through the website following the directions above. The Accent Prone Kernersville store does not accept returns purchased from the website.

If you were shipped the wrong item --So Sorry for the inconvenience! Please notify us via email: email@example.com. We will ship the correct item ASAP and will issue a refund for the cost of return shipping.
